Description We are seeking a Collections Specialist for our Medical Devices industry in Clearwater, Florida. This role will involve managing customer credit accounts in a hybrid workplace, with remote work on Monday and Friday and in-office work Tuesday through Thursday. This opportunity offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a customer base of US-based companies, encouraging them to fulfill their payment obligations.

• Identify key contacts within customer companies to facilitate efficient communication.

• Provide a positive customer service experience while managing credit collections.

• Utilize SAP HANA, Microsoft Excel, and other accounting software systems for tracking payments and customer credit records.

• Conduct daily cash workbook operations to track progress.

• Handle billing functions, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.

• Use Accurint and IBM AS/400 to assist with collection processes.

• Maintain professionalism and respect throughout all interactions with customers.

• Utilize Excel skills including pivot tables and v/xlookups to manage and analyze data.

• Adhere to a regular schedule, typically starting at 8:30, to ensure consistency in operations. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is necessary for the role.

• Familiarity with Accurint is required.

• Knowledge of IBM AS/400 is essential.

• Competency in Microsoft Excel is a must.

• Understanding and experience in Billing Functions.

• Proficient in Collection Processes and practices.

• Previous experience as a Collector would be beneficial.

• Good understanding of Credit systems and processes.

• Excellent Customer Service skills are necessary.

• Experience with SAP HANA is required.
