Adecco is seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support an IT team in Clearwater, FL . The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Maintain an organized office environment, including managing supplies, equipment, and overall cleanliness.

  • Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy.

  • Scheduling: Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members, ensuring effective time management.

  • Document Management: Prepare, edit, and file documents and reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.

  • Data Entry: Maintain and update databases, ensuring that all information is current and accurate.

  • Support Functions: Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, such as preparing presentations, compiling reports, and conducting research.

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent support to clients and visitors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related field.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) QuickBooks a plus.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Must be outgoing and friendly- team player.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary $20.00 per hour

  • Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

  • Benefits offered if hired perm.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
