PARC COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP FOUNDATION Director - Operations in CLEARFIELD, Utah

These duties and responsibilities will be rated on the Annual Performance Review. * Oversee operations and/or provide direct leadership for assigned primary contracts or projects. * Responsible for ensuring that all assigned contract operations are in compliant with customer, contract and organizational requirements. * Analyze, develop, and implement programs, systems and processes to advance operational efficiency and effectiveness in assigned contracts and in the Division as assigned. * Responsible for ensuring that all assigned personnel meet organizational and operational requirements and expectations related to training and professional development. Aid the Vice President of Operations in the development and implementation of new training and development initiatives. * Responsible for financial planning of assigned contract portfolio to include; assisting in the development of pricing models, reviewing PandL statements, establishing budgets, reviewing purchase orders, invoices and expense reports, and creating action plans to ensure financial goals are met or exceeded.

Additional Responsibilities * Provide managerial oversight of assigned contracts or projects. * Supervise assigned Operations Division personnel to include hiring; training; corrective action; completion of performance evaluations; and any other required tasks. * Analyze operations on a regular basis and develop new and improved processes to reach maximum operational efficiency. * Research, develop and/or implement Corporate and Division initiatives and projects as directed by the Vice President of Operations. Build and maintain broad-based relationships with Division, Corporate, industry and professional networks to ensure success. * Interface with customers, partners and vendors at all levels to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues. * Prepare operational performance appraisals and ongoing developmental progress reports. Develop and/or assist in the development of statistical reports and/or information for distribution to Senior Management. * Direct and/or assist in the planning, development and execution of new contract operations. * Participate in required financial planning/analysis and reporting. Ensure communications are timely, relevant, effective, proactive and meaningful and the most effective communications tools are used in the process. * Support a culture of value creation and waste elimination, ensuring ownership of continuous improvement activities at the individual and team levels. * Provide operational expertise in the analysis of new business opportunities. Prepare and/or assist in the development of pricing models for new business opportunities. * Support a culture where expenditure is managed in accordance with approved operational budgets. Participate in the Corporate and Division budgeting and forecasting process as required. * Analyze PandLs and provide feedback for operational and planning purposes. Participate in the design, support and execution of the Corporate and Division strategic plans. * Performs other responsibilities as assigned.
