Belcan is now hiring for a Managed Service Program (MSP) Program Manager, acting as a Strategic Program Manager, to oversee and coordinate different related projects(not IT) in a company to ensure they benefit one another and meet business goals. Main duties include organizing various programs and activities to improve customer company efficiencies, building long-term goals for company projects and developing program and project budgets.

Develop and implement effective resource planning processes, systems, and resource-related capabilities that meet the needs of all stakeholders and internal clients.

Collaborate with Field Implementation Team leads to fill requests for project support, subject matter experts, and content specialists, ensuring that assignments balance staff members" interests and professional development needs with the needs of project deliverables and clients.

Own process, data and tools to enable skills capacity allocation, and project capacity needs for strategic workforce planning.

Provide leaders with analysis, insight, and interpretation of resource trends to inform future planning.

Identify process gaps and implement process improvements to facilitate the efficient resourcing of staff across the Solutions Group, and other teams.

Build, scale and lead the Resource Management team

Clearly communicate the vision and expectations for team members while cultivating trust, connection, and cohesion.

Coach team members toward high performance, growth, and accountability and support their long-term career development.

Build trust and confidence in the new Resource Management function among programmatic leaders who are used to a different operating model.

Identify and define key staffing metrics to assist in the creation of meaningful reporting & analytics that manage capacity and forecast staffing needs.

Build reports and communications rhythms that enable pipeline information to inform forecasting analysis.

Continually evaluate new technology and reporting capabilities to meet evolving business planning needs in partnership with Belcan leadership teams.

Collaborate closely with leaders across Belcan on workforce planning, and the evaluation and implementation of tools that enable continued growth of Resource Management and support of strong, proactive staffing plans.

Build and maintain partnerships across teams to leverage assets and improve the efficient, transparent, equitable and effective functioning of the organization

Program Manager duties and responsibilities:

  • Organizing daily activities based on the goals of the organization

  • Devising new programs that support the organization's objectives

  • Coming up with sustainable goals for the organization

  • Working with other departments to develop budgets and plans for the programs

  • Monitoring projects and overseeing project managers to ensure goals are met

  • Meeting with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals

  • Managing the flow of Requisitions / Jobs

Who you are:  

  • You bring 5+ years of experience with success overseeing a resource management function.

  • You have familiarity with, and understanding of, key resource management metrics, reporting, trends, and tools and can gain buy in from others in implementing new systems with fidelity.

  • You are capable of building successful and trust-based relationships on and across teams, using data, analysis and clear communications to influence stakeholders at various levels.

  • You have a high proficiency with technology, and can identify and implement necessary analytic tools to support resource planning; you are able to connect the dots between multiple databases/tools/reports utilized across the organization.

  • You can work creatively and analytically to balance multiple priorities, tasks, and sophisticated issues using logical and efficient processes.

  • You possess high energy and passion for ethics and integrity
