Job Description

A Finished Product Pharmaceutical Facility is seeking Manufacturing Process Technicians to support a brand new product line due to increased market demand. These individuals will work on the inspection line within the AP department. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for motivated individuals from various backgrounds such as child care, automotive, and office spaces, who are eager to transition into pharmaceutical manufacturing. Candidates must be technically savvy, as all documentation is electronic, and possess strong communication and critical thinking skills. They should also be open to providing suggestions for process improvements.

Hard Skills

• BioWorks/Associates in Biotechnology

• GMP knowledge

• Interest in pharmaceutical manufacturing

• Pharmaceutical experience is a plus (food, med device, or cosmetic experience is required)

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Clayton, North Carolina.

Work Environment

This is a manufacturing environment with a night shift schedule of 6 pm - 6:30 am on a 2-2-3 schedule. Initially, training will occur on the day shift (Monday - Friday) before transitioning to the night shift. The environment is currently overworked and stressed, but the team is eager to welcome new members and support their success. Scrubs are provided, and close-toed shoes/work boots are required, with locker rooms available for changing. Compensation is $21 per hour for day shifts and additional compensation for night shifts.
