Robert Half is looking for a Creative Director - Copywriting to execute and manage a small team!

Responsibilities:

• Implement a combination of strategic, conceptual, and writing skills to deliver persuasive stories and copy to clients and their audience.

• Write engaging scripts for video, social/digital campaigns, or brand experiences.

• Deliver impressive presentations, advocating for our work, and internalizing feedback to exceed expectations.

• Inspire and motivate your creative team, ensuring projects are brilliantly creative, strategically on point, on time, and on budget.

• Be an active part of the company’s culture, consistently bringing fresh ideas to your team and your clients.

• Leverage your copy editing and proofing skills to ensure attention to small details in both copy decks and designs.

• Develop successful concepts working in collaborative multi-disciplinary teams.

• Understand client product and business challenges in relation to the overall market.

• Lead and mentor other writers.

  Requirements

• Proven experience as a copywriter or related role.

• Knowledge of online content strategy and creation.

• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

• Experience with SEO.

• Strong research skills.

• Proficiency in Ad copywriting.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
