This is a 50/50 split role between two finance functions.

To ensure the accurate processing of both member and affiliate money and to complete finance reconciliations relevant to operational processes.

Performance of posting/reconciliation of bank accounts on a daily basis, and monthly bank and account reconciliations and payment processing.

Treasury:

• Performance of posting/reconciliation of bank accounts on a daily basis, and monthly bank and account reconciliations, payment processing and cover for other staff members

• Completion of month end bank reconciliations

• Investigation of any unidentified cash entries as they appear on bank statements

• Processing of journals for daily bank transactions

• Processing of manual cheque payments and bank transfer

• Provide information for regular Sarbanes Oxley and audit reviews as required

• Responding appropriately to ad-hoc business requests

Member and Affiliate Receipts:

• Process payments from both member and affiliates onto the RCI core systems

• Create invoicing and journal postings into the Oracle accounting system

• Action member queries raised by the Call Centre to meet strict SLA’s

• Reconcile all cash collected to the RCI core systems and resolve any differences

• Work with the Finance Supervisor to improve processes

• Ad-hoc duties as required by the Finance supervisor

Internally

• All Finance teams including Group Treasury and Tax

• Business Development

• Customer Care and Call Centre

Externally (Treasury role)

• All Operational Banks

• Auditors

• Affiliates
