Review project with Sales. Digest incoming info from Sales. Make sure all Design based info is completed and quotes sent out for. Schedule walkthrough and meet with subcontractors at site. Use Plan Swift to make necessary material lists/takeoffs and send to vendors for quoting. Review all estimate info is in and correct with Jr. Estimator. Approve proposal for buildout. Review proposal with Estimator for notes. Review final proposal with Sales. Review revisions with Sales. Make revisions and return to Sales. Notify vendors and subs of project award. Review selections and compare costs to estimated. Write and assist with writing and presenting change orders to Homeowners. Review change in scope info from field. Adjust Templates as necessary.

Secondary Focus: Vendor relations and price management Subcontractor relations and price management Clear Estimates price management Template creation and management Payment Schedule creation and management Work with Accounting and Accounts Receivable to understand and manage the budgets/change orders Work with Production to maintain the integrity of the proposal Work with Sales to help find ways to maintain or improve sales ratios Find ways to save money through various methods, to help procure sales and reduce lead times. Any other job duties assigned by upper management
