M&T Bank Third-Party Risk Analyst I (Remote) in Clanton, Alabama
Overview:
Completes a variety of standard, repeatable duties to support third-party risk activities and compliance with applicable internal policies.
Location: This position will work remotely within the United States.
Primary Responsibilities:
Monitor and answer routine, in bound inquiries to the Third-party Risk Management department.
Follow up in a timely and accurate manner on issues discovered via the Third-party Risk Management program.
Contact Third-party risk stakeholders to close out past due items related to Third-party Risk.
Edit and update the Bank’s system of record for the Third-party Risk Management program
Pull standardized reporting from the system of record for M&T's Third-party Risk Management program and format in Excel.
Perform day-to-day quality reviews regarding the Third-party risk management program.
Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.
Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the M&T Bank brand.
Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
Complete other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 1 year’s work experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 5 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 1 year’s work experience
Comfortability in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups)
