RESPONSABILITIES

• Maintain the inventory and the cycle counts program in 95% of warehouse accuracy

• Management the employees in his charge. They will be following the policys and programs established

• Responsible of analyze system transactions, find errors and root causes; Implement Corrective Actions

• Follow ISO 9000 procedures and supervise that staff do so as well

• Coordinate the Row material flow and Finish Good

• Manage the Kanban Program

REQUIREMENTS

• Industrial Engineering degree or any career related to the position

• Experience as a Supervisor in a Warehouse environment.

• Demonstrable ability to lead people and get results through others.

• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).

• Ability to maintain employee confidentiality

• Ability to build constructive and effective relationships

• Availability of schedule
