Reuland Electric Sr. Inside Sales Representative in city of Industry, California

The Senior Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving significant sales growth through advanced customer engagement strategies, leading complex sales processes, and mentoring junior sales staff. This role requires an inside sales professional with excellent communications skills, and a strategic mindset.

  1. Customer Relationship Management:
    1. Once a case is assigned in Salesforce the Sr. Inside Sales Rep will reach out to the customer within 12-24 hours to notify the customer of receipt of their RFQ and log within Salesforce.
    2. The Sr. Inside Sales Rep will build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
    3. The Sr. Inside Sales Rep will also use this relationship to acquire new opportunities and expand into other opportunities where Reuland Electric Motor Company can further add value.
    4. Serve as the primary point of contact for accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  2. Sales Presentations
    1. Develop and utilize high-level sales presentations (as needed) for key decision makers. Based on the market and customer, there will be various versions which need to be developed. Work alongside with the marketing team to make highly polished presentations showcasing Reuland as the best choice.
  3. Sales Negotiation and Closing:
    1. Lead complex sales negotiations and close high-value deals.
    2. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
    3. Ensure prompt follow up of all sales proposals which are sent out to customers. Help answer questions to win the order.
  4. Customer Support:
    1. Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, coordinating with technical support and engineering teams as needed.
    2. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  5. Sales Reporting and Analysis:
    1. Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics using Salesforce software.
    2. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the Director of Business Development based on market trends and customer feedback.
    3. Use Salesforce to develop win/lose ratios for various markets and customer quotes.
    4. Compile feedback on losses in a Paretto format and what the company can do to improve or change outcomes.
  6. Mentorship
    1. Mentor and train sales staff, sharing best practices and providing guidance on sales processes.
