Adecco is currently looking to hire a Purchasing Assistant for their client in City of Industry. This is a 10 week temporary position. Pay range is from $26-$28.00/hr. DOE. Hours are from 8:30am-5:30pm. Purchasing Assistant is responsible for overseeing open orders, supporting inventory management and risk management.

Specific Job Functions:

• Monitoring all the open orders

• Aligning with the regular usage/promotions/and actual quantity on hand

• Identifying the potential risk and shortage on time for the buyers

• International buying

• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• 3+ years of previous procurement experience is preferred

• Good working knowledge of purchasing strategies

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
