Job Title: Payroll Specialist

Job Description

Manage payroll for all 500 employees across 2 entities, including around 10 salaried employees at a separate entity. Handle multi-state payroll processing and manage uploads for employee contributions to 401k and HSA accounts. Prepare and distribute payroll reports to Management and other departments. Process verification of employment requests, manage onset/stop garnishments, and provide payroll tax information to various entities. Participate in special projects as required.

Hard Skills

  • ADP Workforce

  • Multi-state payroll processing experience

  • Garnishment experience

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in City Of Industry, California.

Work Environment

Office Environment. Fully-Onsite. Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm. Dress Code: Business Casual. Working in the HR department, which is a team of 10.
