Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a variety of CNC machines, including lathe, mill, and various controls such as HAAS, Fanuc, Puma, Moriseiki, Mazak, and Okuma. This role requires precision and attention to detail to ensure high-quality production.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines including lathe and mill.

• Work with machines such as HAAS, Fanuc, Puma, Moriseiki, Mazak, and Okuma.

• Read and interpret blueprints to execute tasks accurately.

• Use measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers for inspection.

• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.

Essential Skills

• Experience with CNC machining, including lathe and mill operations.

• Proficiency with HAAS and Fanuc controls.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

• Skilled in using micrometers and calipers for precise measurements.

• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with other CNC machine brands such as Puma, Moriseiki, Mazak, and Okuma.

• Ability to perform routine machine maintenance.

Work Environment

This position is based in a manufacturing machine shop. The work environment is equipped with various CNC machines and requires adherence to safety protocols. Standard working hours apply, and the dress code is appropriate for a machine shop setting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of City of Industry, California.
