Job Title: Compounder
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Compounder with experience in compounding liquids and powders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for pre-weight, staging, and compounding tasks, as well as moving and filling pails regularly.
Responsibilities
Perform pre-weight and staging of materials.
Compound liquids according to specified formulations.
Move and fill pails up to 50 pounds throughout the day.
Handle batch making and maintain accurate batch records.
Operate forklifts, stage materials, and choose appropriate tanks and mixers.
Follow detailed instructions for mixing and recording processes.
Sample and record data using paper-based systems.
Fill and label products, and pack them when necessary.
Essential Skills
Experience in compounding liquids.
Ability to lift and move pails up to 50 pounds.
Proficiency in batch making and maintaining batch records.
Experience in pre-weight and staging of materials.
Knowledge of operating forklifts and material handling.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in the pharmaceutical or flavoring industry is preferred.
College degree is an advantage.
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Willingness to take notes and learn quickly.

Work Environment
The work environment is manual and involves regular lifting and moving of heavy pails and drums. The room is temperature controlled to ensure a comfortable working condition. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and attention to detail in maintaining accurate records.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of City Of Industry, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00
