Location/Division Specific Information:

US - Remote. The ideal candidate will have residency within the Central or Eastern time zones.

Clinical Trials Division

Discover Impactful Work:

Management of purchase orders to comparator suppliers

  • Generate internal reference in ERP system ('B' number) and product specifications

  • Double check content of documents received in order to issue Purchase Order to suppliers in GPM and/or Coda

  • Administrate purchase orders in Salesforce, set the correct status and monitor delivery times of the Purchase orders

  • Ensure effective communication with suppliers

Coordination of Comparator Incoming Goods

  • Organize and co-ordinate Pick Up with Logistics at supplier site whenever necessary

  • Issue Pre-Alert for warehouse/QA and provide them with relevant documents, e.g. CoA

Keys to Success:

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in related field such as supply chain, logistics, or business preferred

Experience

  • 3 yrs min. experience required in the field of supply chain management

  • Prior experience within a pharmaceutical environment preferred

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Ability to multitask, with attention to details

  • Excellent communication, co-ordination and negotiation skills

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English required, German preferred
