Robert Half is hiring a Sr Accountant for our client, a mid-sized dynamic and evolving company! This position will play a key role in driving the financial performance of the organization by ensuring our operations remain financially sound and compliant.

Seeking a highly skilled, experienced, detail-oriented Senior Accountant who can effectively manage financial tasks and empower the company's financial decisions. The Senior Accountant will work directly under the Finance Director and will be responsible for important accounting functions such as preparing and consolidating financial statements, analyzing and reconciling accounts, analyzing cash flows, creating budgets and forecasts, preparing audits, and managing internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure company’s compliance with financial regulations and standards.

• Prudently analyze and report on financial performance.

• Prepare and consolidate comprehensive financial statements.

• Analyze and reconcile accounts.

• Evaluate financial operations to recommend best-practices, identify issues and strategize solutions.

• Develop financial reviews, trend analysis, and complex financial modeling presentations.

• Implement strategies to help stakeholders make sound financial decisions.

• Manage and maximize efficiency for accounting procedures and processes.

• Conduct regular and meticulous audits and manage internal controls.

• Guide junior team members by preparing them to assume senior roles.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or related field.

• Strong computer skills, MS Excel in particular (managing spreadsheets, creating charts, and using advanced formulas).

• Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

• Exceptional knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, tax, and cost control principles.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Attention to detail for the purpose of identifying deficiencies/areas for improvement.

• Experience with SAP S4 Hana is a plus!
