Description We are in search of a Receptionist to be an integral part of our team in the Real Estate & Property industry, located in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role will involve answering and transferring calls, greeting clients and vendors, and maintaining organization in a bustling property management environment. This job opportunity offers a short-term contract employment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate switchboard efficiently, managing more than 30 lines.

• Respond professionally to a large volume of incoming calls.

• Greet and direct vendors and clients, providing exceptional customer service.

• Record and relay messages accurately.

• Maintain an organized work environment under high-pressure situations.

• Utilize Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Outlook to assist in daily tasks.

• Support the property management office with additional administrative duties as needed. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Outlook is required

• Experience in handling switchboard phones with more than 31 lines is essential

• Prior experience in a receptionist role, preferably within the Real Estate & Property industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and provide excellent customer service

• High school diploma or equivalent is required

• Familiarity with office equipment such as fax machines, scanners, etc.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
