The College of Medicine, Office of Medical Education is recruiting a new program manager in Medical Education. This position will support the University's mission and commitment to excellence in our students, faculty, staff, and all our activities. The Program Manager reports directly to the Director for Medical Education. Essential Functions Manage course and faculty evaluations (e.g., survey setup, scheduling of evaluations, evaluation reports). Manage the annual course update process for courses in the MD program. Support the Phase 3 Curriculum Director. Coordinate scheduling of classrooms and learning spaces used by the MD program and identify and resolve conflicts in room scheduling (e.g., double booking of rooms and troubleshoot requests for room day/time changes). Manage the small group rooms used by students in the MD program. Manage the setup of the course catalog for Visiting Student Learning Opportunities. Support the administration of the school's learning management system (e.g., course setup, user management, management of course materials, course scheduling, etc.). Support the implementation of a revitalized curriculum and a new learning management system. Manage and update web content for the Office of Medical Education. Provide proctoring support in the administration of assessments to students. Provide support to curriculum committees (e.g., scheduling, coordination of materials, documenting minutes). Collaborate with other College of Medicine offices and departments (e.g., Office of Student Affairs, clinical departments). Prepare reports for the Associate Dean/Director of Medical Education used in the continuous quality improvement process of the curriculum. Provide back-up support to other areas of the office in which this position is cross trained. Participate in ongoing Office of Medical Education team staff professional development. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Education Bachelor's Degree. Seven (7) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement.
