Job Overview The Office of the Registrar is hiring for a newly appointed role: Program Manager of Innovative Credentials Manage, design, develop, modify and present programs. Collaborate with CCPS on non-credit bearing SIS. Work with departments on micro-credentials proposals. Maintain the micro-credential proposal form and approval workflows. Track micro-credential programs and learner experiences, and reporting of badges issued. Sit on micro-credentials work/advisory group. Implement new program ideas. Gather input from campus partners and administrators. Create and maintain badges with vendor. Act as liaison to internal departments, external entities and community organizations. May prepare and edit reports and/or newsletters and develop publication materials. Perform related duties based on departmental need. Essential Functions Manage, design, develop, modify and present programs. Implement policies and procedures associated with credit bearing and non-credit bearing credentials and badges. Required Education Bachelor's Degree. Seven (7) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement.
