Job Overview Coordinate orders for digital reprographics. Essential Functions Operate, maintain and prioritize the operation of all production devices and projects. Maintain mechanical adjustments to the department's equipment to ensure the quality of all projects. Consult with clients regarding specific needs. Provide estimates to clients on production costs. Meet client deadlines within cost estimates. Arrange art expert intervention when necessary. Assist with processing computerized billing system. Assist with managing unit's cost recovery budget. Order necessary supplies. Compile production reports. Assign work to student workers and continually review appropriate workflow Perform related duties based on departmental need. Required Experience Two (2) years of relevant work experience. All production and customer service experience will be accepted. Excellent customer service skills.
