Description

We are offering a long-term contract to hire employment opportunity for a Payroll Specialist in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Responsibilities:

• Processing payroll accurately and on a regular basis using various accounting software systems.

• Proficient use ADP.

• Regularly updating and maintaining accurate records of all payroll transactions.

• Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering any payroll-related inquiries from employees.

• Collaborating with the HR and finance teams to ensure all employees are paid accurately and on time.

• Keeping up-to-date with the latest payroll trends, laws, and regulations to ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is essential

• Proficiency in Kronos Timekeeping System is desirable

• Must have experience in 401k - RRSP Administration

• Familiarity with the 'About Time' software is advantageous

• Must be well-versed in Accounting Functions

• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is required
