Calling all Marketing and Design Strategists who have an understanding of marketing and service design! Our client in the automotive industry is looking for a Marketing / Design director to join their team. This role is a direct hire role that will be in Cincinnati, OH but the client is open to people within reasonable driving distance. The Marketing and Design Strategists will be responsible for: - Developing and executing marketing strategies to drive market expansion, foster client loyalty and redesign and improve client experiences - Leveraging analytics for decision-making for sales processes and marketing decisions - Working with sales and marketing team to build processes - Utilizing client success stories to build value propositions - Building strategies for lead generation, sales conversion rates and client segmentation for personalized marketing efforts - Review and optimize KPIs - Research, define, develop and execute the client experience by studying the current sate of business and proposing recommendations based on client expectations - Designing and implementing improved experiences for clients and how they interact with accounts to grow client retention and sales - Lead and mentor the marketing team - Designing strategies to uncover growth opportunities for more clients - Work closely with sales, analytics and other departments to ensure cohesive processes and services The Marketing and Design Strategists must have: - Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, marketing, service design or customer experience - Working knowledge of customer experience and service design principles - Experience conducting research and reviewing process and creating user journeys and workflows - Experience in a leadership role with direct oversight of marketing, sales enablement, and analytics teams - Strong analytical skills with a track record of leveraging data to drive strategic decisions and growth - Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on mentorship, development, and performance optimization - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships across all levels of the organization and with external partners - Innovative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement - Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer segmentation, and sales strategies #LI-SW1 #IND123 - Company has a very long tenure for employees - it is a well loved employer - Fast growing company - Profit sharing (get paid on company performance and goes directly into 401k) - Standard health benefits and 401k match Submit resume (and samples if applicable) to: Sasha.Walker@jobalert.creativecircle.com Creative Circle is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
