Anticipated Start Date of Work: 2025-04-01 Anticipated End Date of Work: 2025-12-31 Worksite Location(s): Work will be performed in multiple worksites throughout the Counties of Brown, Butler, Hamilton, Warren, Clermont in OH and Boone, Kenton, Campbell, Grant in KY, all of which are included in OH, KY, IN BLS Areas - Cincinnati, OH-KY-IN MSA. Job Description: Work to include but not limited to trimming, flower planting, weeding, bed cleanup, mulching, installing trees and shrubs. Extensive walking required. Workers must be able to lift/carry 50 lbs. Will daily transportation be provided?: Yes. Workers are responsible for daily transportation to and from the designated pick-up location. Employer will then provide each work crew with daily transportation among the worksite locations. Provision of Board/Lodging or Other Facilities: No. Is On-the-Job Training available?: Yes. Workers will be provided with on-the-job training to perform the duties assigned. Employer will assist employees in securing board, lodging, or other facilities. All otherwise eligible candidates will be subject to pre-employment drug screening. The selected option for how the worker will be provided with or reimbursed for inbound transportation/daily subsistence is: Provide advance payment for transportation and subsistence Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily meals will be provided at a rate of at least $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts. H-2B ASSURANCES Deductions from the Worker's Paycheck: The employer is required to make all payroll deductions from the worker's paycheck as required by law. First Work Week Reimbursement: The employer will reimburse the worker in the first workweek for all visa, border, and related fees. Provision of Tools, Supplies, and Equipment: The employer will provide all tools, supplies, and equipment at no cost to the worker. Single Workweek for Pay: A single workweek will be used in computing wages due as required by law.
