Description We are in search of an IT Asset Management PM based in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role will be part of our IT Asset Management team with a specific focus on End of Life processes and controls. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, utilizing their project management skills in the financial services IT regulatory remediation industry. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage IT Asset Management projects with a focus on End of Life processes and controls.

• Utilize project management skills to ensure efficient and effective regulatory remediation in the financial services IT sector.

• Implement tools and controls relevant to IT Asset Management, with a focus on Service Now.

• Ensure proper auditing procedures are followed within the IT Asset Management team.

• Oversee and manage budget processes related to IT Asset Management projects.

• Utilize ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and CRM systems for better project management.

• Employ cloud technologies and Cisco Technologies for efficient project execution.

• Use Atlassian Jira for project tracking and management.

• Take charge of accounting functions related to the projects.

• Implement AB Testing in project management processes. Requirements • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira is necessary for project management tasks.

• Familiarity with Cisco Technologies is required for managing and troubleshooting network issues.

• Must have a comprehensive understanding of Cloud Technologies for cloud-based IT asset management.

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is needed for customer service and sales management.

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is essential for managing business processes.

• Proficiency in the use of 'About Time' software for effective time and attendance management.

• Must have experience in AB Testing to optimize the performance of IT assets.

• Familiarity with Accounting Functions is needed for managing financial aspects of IT assets.

• Auditing skills are required for evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of IT asset management processes.
