Calling all Instructional Design Specialists who have experience creating training videos and training materials! Our Fortune 100 retail client is looking for a Instructional Design Specialist to join their team. This is a hybrid role that will be located in Cincinnati. You will need to be onsite Monday-Wednesday and can work from home Thursday and Friday. The contract will be 40 hours per week for 12 months with potential to be hired full-time. The Instructional Design Specialist will be responsible for: - Leading the training team in the design of company-wide training (toolkits,broadcasts, web based learning modeules and communication kits) materials. - Designing training videos via Canva or other preferred tool - Working with external vendors and key departments on project rollouts. - Guiding the facilitation of working sessions to develop current and future-state training processes. - Working with Corporate Training and Development in the creation and review of training materials. - Assisting in planning and coordination key meetings. - Training staff members and trainers on new processes and rollouts. The Instructional Design Specialist must have: - Experience creating training materials with samples available to share - Experience designing videos in Canva or a similar platform -1+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or eLearning - Experience developing training processes/instructional design materials - Strong project management skills - Expert knowledge in Microsoft Office - Ability to work with various team members and external partners - Experience and ability to create Teams Survey forms - Understanding of project management systems - Knowledge of retail operations and in store operations Creative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
