Description: A Hybrid Project Controller / Scheduler job is currently available at Belcan in Cincinnati, OH 45242. This is a full time, direct job with full benefits. Great matching candidates will have 2 years of scheduling experience using Microsoft Project.

Job Duties:

Collaborate with technical team members to create and set up tasks, assignments, durations, and linkages.

Create and manage project schedules in a consistent manner following established guidelines to allow schedules to be filtered by task types (reviews, design, hardware), using a work breakdown structure (WBS).

Monitor project timelines and deadlines; identifying potential delays and facilitating intervention.

Coordinate with technical team members to gather the necessary data to perform schedule status updates; updating progress on tasks, performing task additions/removals, and linkage updates as needed.

On Earned Value Management (EVM) projects, generate reports on key metrics, milestones, critical path and assist team members in understanding schedule variances after project status is completed.

Support Senior and Master Project Scheduler with tasks as requested or directions as given.

Required:

Minimum of 2 years of project scheduling or project / program management experience.

Highly organized, detail oriented.

Ability to work independently and with a team.

U.S. Citizenship is a requirement.

Preferred:

MS Project experience or similar scheduling software

Aerospace Industry Experience

Project/Program Management experience preferred.

Compensation:

We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary of $72,800-87,360 however Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.
