About the team: You could be a member of the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Systems Team. Our focus is to streamline processes and remove barriers for our partners across finance & the broader business. We design, develop, and test applications in and around the Oracle Suite. What you will be doing: * Manage customer inquiries and resolve support issues for a fast-paced enterprise performance management platform. * Troubleshoot problems with software applications and recommend corrective action. * Document customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development. * Performs analyses of the business goals, objectives and needs of the general business environment for appropriate Worldpay segment, division, group or line of business. * Plans and designs business processes and make recommendations and changes to improve and support business systems and activities and to deliver greater effectiveness and efficiency. * Utilizes systems and data to resolve business issues in the most effective and productive manner. Systems such as Oracle EPBCS, Oracle FCC, Oracle Freeform, Oracle Narrative Reporting, Alteryx, & the general Oracle Suite. What you bring: * Bachelor's degree in finance or related field, will consider equivalent amount of experience in lieu of the degree. * At least one year of experience analyzing business goals, objectives and needs of the business environment. * At least one year of experience using any of the following systems: Oracle, Hyperion Essbase, Narrative Reporting or Alteryx Worldpay perks - what we'll bring for you We know it's bigger than just your career.
