Description: A Facility Service Delivery Manager position is currently available at Belcan in Cincinnati, OH 45242. This is a full time, direct hire position with full benefits. To be considered for this role, you need to have at least five years of prior experience. The Facility Service Delivery Manager will work closely with the Facilities Director on all aspects of facility management.

JOB DUTIES:

• Project Manage (PM) all facility projects and renovations

• Assist with the annual budgeting process

• Assist with lease renewals and any new lease opportunities

• Warehouse - Working with the Facilities Team, keep the warehouse organized, and free of clutter. Working with IT, schedule regular recycling efforts.

• Oversee all facility requests in Service Now

• Work with Belcan ITSG on data cabling and electrical needs at all Belcan facilities

• Work with Facility Director on contract renewals for services such as cleaning, HVAC maintenance, alarm system monitoring, etc.

• Assist Facility Director with quarterly utilization reports

• Mange all Third Party contractors supporting Belcan facilities

• Create and maintain facility drawings for all locations (AutoCAD)

• Assist Belcan operations in space planning and layout design

• Maintain, renew permits for alarms, professional engineers, etc

• Travel to Belcan locations for projects related to office openings/closings, renovations as needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 5 years of facility management experience.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD(desired)

Compensation:

We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of $93,600-$99,840, however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.
