Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a Document Control Specialist in Cincinnati, OH!
Pay rate: $ 42.62/hr
Shift availability: Mon – Fri, 8a-5p

Responsible for supporting the Content Management program, which is a defined, multi-level process by which Line of Business (LOB) owned content items (internal process documentation and external communications) are created, reviewed, revised, approved, and retained to ensure easy organizational access to both approved and historical content or data.
Our ideal candidate must have/must be able to:
• Exhibits strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Effectively communicates with senior management team.
• Develops and maintains close relationships with LOB, key partners, and stakeholders.
• SME level expert on assigned LOB content. Collaborates with LOB and governance partners to drive content improvements and escalate issues, as needed.
• Executes Content Management writing responsibilities for all assigned content (policy & procedures), including Customer Communications.
• CM SME works with management to drive improvements to the program.
• Works with management to identify gaps in data, proposes solutions or recommendations for optimization.
• Validates accuracy of data on assigned content and remediates data discrepancies when identified.
• Manages projects/and makes changes, as needed, to ensure progress
Education/Certification Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Experience requirements:
• 3-5 years policy procedure, risk & management experience preferred
• Professional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with discretion and understanding with all levels of employees
• Must be analytical and possess ability to interpret and apply policies and regulations across a complex business
• Able to strategize and develop plans for efficiency
• Must identify opportunities and Take action to Build trusting strategic internal and external relationships and networks
• Thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and be comfortable quickly shifting priorities on short notice
• Excellent time management skills
• Exceptional presentation skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products required
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
Note:
This role is onsite, thus, open to candidates near/in/around Cincinnati, OH!
Pay Details: $42.62 per hour
