Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm Pay: $17.50/hr Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email. Handle customer complaints with professionalism and composure. Identify and resolve problems efficiently. Monitor delivery routes and verify haul-away pods. Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Computer proficiency. Minimum one year of customer service experience.
