About the Role:

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and visionary leader to establish our North America Fabric Care (NA FC) Content Studio. This role defines a path to a new expertise for North America Fabric Care, expanding the existing internal design studio capabilities and integrating new capabilities to build our iconic brands. The Studio should reapply best practices from other internal studios and external benchmarks, and could be expanded to other businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and activate a plan to expand our in-house capabilities and launch a Content Studio

  • Assess the Landscape report on current studio work, potential future focus areas, as well as external benchmarking

  • Support business leaders on developing Studio Vision and Strategic intents

  • Develop and implement a strategy to source talent for Demo creation in partnership with key team members.

  • Clearly define the scope of work for the studio.

  • Direct and manage a diverse Studio team

  • Provide Creative success criteria and Direction on all studio projects, ensuring our internal studio remains highly competitive and has operational excellence.

  • Review and improve current job intake processes, status check-ins, roster management, and more.

  • Onboard and manage the Frontify software, providing recommendations on how to scale its implementation across NA FC.

Job Qualifications

Skills: Creative direction, Team management, Studio operations, Problem Solving, Agility, Collaboration, Digital Acumen

  • 10+ years proven experience in a directing leadership role within a creative or content studio.

  • Extensive knowledge of creative processes, content creation and studio operations.

  • Excellent team management skills with experience in coaching and developing staff to achieve their full potential.

  • Strong network within the freelance and boutique agency landscape.

  • Expertise in fostering and leading cross-functional collaborations.

  • Experience managing development of content for OLV and social platforms is a plus.

  • Experience with software such as Frontify and with AI image generation is a plus.
