ManpowerGroup Assistant Content Manager in Cincinnati, Ohio

Our client, a leading consumer packaging industry, is seeking an Assistant Content Manager to join their team. As an Assistant Content Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Grocery Dcommerce team by ensuring the optimization of content across various grocery retailers.

The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, prioritization abilities and excellent problem-solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assistant Content Manager

Fully Remote.

Pay Range: $35/hr.-$40/hr.

12-month assignment with anticipation for extension.

What’s the Job?

  • Optimizes product content for online grocery platforms (accuracy, consistency, relevance) with the Grocery Dcommerce team.

  • Manages and enhances product data using Syndigo, Salsify, and Accenture.

  • Troubleshoots content issues (discrepancies, missing information, technical) and develops solutions.

  • Prioritizes tasks, manages deadlines, and stays updated on industry trends and technologies.

  • Communicates effectively with stakeholders and retailers (alignment, issue resolution, content strategy).

  • Owns content initiatives, ensures follow-up/accountability, and monitors performance for continuous improvement.

What’s Needed?

Must Have's:

  • Experience in retail/grocery domain. Like CPMG Companies, retail stores and groceries.

  • Having content background.

  • Expertise in uploading retail content on Syndigo.

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years of digital content experience.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in content management platforms (Syndigo, Salsify) and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.).

  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and derive insights.

  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, prioritization, multitasking, self-motivation, organization, and attention to detail. Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
