Job Purpose

This role is holding a responsibility to d evelop all maintenance programs (Computerized Maintenance Management System ) for all area , d etail analysis/ Root Cause Analysis programs for all losses to improve O verall Equipment E ffectiveness performance , Project Execution for all OEE Improvement Project and saving initiative , Manage Spare Parts Management System for central technical store . Main Responsibilities

  • Implement and lead Professional Maintenance pillar leader with detail analysis study of EWO, WWA, PMA, Fishbone etc .

  • Build strong PM Maintenance Programs for ALL area IC through machine ledger/ CMMS (production hall, mixing, utility, site yard, building facility, WWTP , coldstore ) and creating better manning strategy for execution.

  • Execute OEE losses programs/ projects and non-ammonia related project such as brine making, warm brine project, ceiling improvement leakages rejuvenation

  • Working collaborative with production, planning, RnD , quality engineer to eliminate OEE loss (preparatory, speed loss, breakdown, minor stoppage, quality losses)

  • Review availability of fastmoving, medium part and Digibox implementation connect with EWO implementation.

  • Repair maintenance cost governance review and improvement (localized and OEM)

  • Improve parts reliability and design.

  • Creating database update for abnormality and breakdown maps programs

  • Creating curriculum for skill matrix improvement for all technician and engineers

    Candidate Criteria

    Experience & Qualification

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in mechanical or electrical Engineering

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in handling maintenance management or facility management

    Skill

  • Ability to perform repairs and preventive/predictive maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment.

  • Knowledge of risk management

  • Strong Data analysis skill
