Get weekly leveled schedule for finishing, pass daily production schedule to the floor; calculate stores (machining, forging) in a monthly basis; calculate raw material needs, and up-date requirements as changes are made.

Issue production schedule for Forging, Machining and finishing. Follows EHS agreement guidelines.

Attends all mandatory training.

Knows capacity and current performance of every operation and equipment, used in the process.

Decides on engagement of resources based on production/shipping problem severity (impact on safety, quality, shipment etc.).

Involves the appropriate manufacturing team in the problem solving if it needed.

Checks the stores status / system of the line and the production BTS. In case of deviation gives immediate solution, or support to the Group Specialist.

Checks regularly the status of the production boards – makes the Process owners update it as needed.

Eliminates waste by monitoring compliance with standardized work and work instructions. In any deviation stops the operation, and corrects the deviation (retraining, practice, adjustment of the process, etc.).

Eliminates process waste by suggestions and improvements. Acting according to the EHS agreement guidelines

Trains Process Owners, Process Specialists and Group Specialists in shipping board and shipping procedures. Orders Reception- receive intercompany orders, and give confirmation on them.

Forecasts- obtain/update forecasts for every customer.

Production Scheduling- Build 30-60-90 day schedule with firm orders and most current forecasts.

Shipping Coordinator- Must submit the shipping schedule and provide it to logistics and shipping area in the floor. Generates trips in the system (daily basis) and also, monitor shipments are due on time. Must work very close to CSR's to make sure customers are getting their requirements.

Follow up in BTS report.

Makes sure production schedule includes PM and holidays.

Incumbent must possess good written and verbal communication and presentation skills in both Spanish and English

Bachelor´s Degree or equivalent required
