Robert Half is seeking a dedicated Data Entry Specialist to support one of our clients in the education industry. This position involves accurate and timely entry of information into databases and systems, ensuring data integrity is maintained throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Entering, updating, and verifying data into organizational databases and spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy.

• Maintaining and ensuring the integrity of student records, enrollment details, and academic data.

• Assisting with the analysis, organization, and reporting of data for administrative and compliance purposes.

• Reviewing data for discrepancies or errors, resolving issues promptly, and reporting data quality trends.

• Collaborating with internal staff and departments within the education industry to ensure timely data submissions.

• Supporting routine audits to ensure compliance with data regulations and institutional standards.

  Requirements

• Experience: 1-2 years of prior data entry, administrative, or clerical experience required. Experience in the education field is a strong plus.

• Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and/or data management systems. Experience with education-specific platforms such as PowerSchool, Infinite Campus, or similar is a bonus.

• Accuracy: High attention to detail with exceptional organizational and time management skills.

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Adaptability: Ability to work in both independent and collaborative environments while managing multiple tasks.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
