Hyatt Bell Attendant-Concierge - Hyatt Regency Chongming, Shanghai in CHONGMING, China
Description:
1.Delivers and picks up guest baggage as assigned by Team Leader.
2.Stores luggage according to standards.
3.Directs incoming guests to the check in area whilst offering to handle any luggage the guest happens to be carrying.
4.Assists all guests with luggage storage, ensuring the proper handling, storage, security and procedures are followed.
5.Handles guest incoming and outgoing mail, faxes and parcel in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
1.Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
2.Minimum 1 year work experience in hotel operations.
3.Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
