Responsibilities :

  1. Safety Management :

  2. Implement and enforce safety programs, policies, and procedures on construction sites.

  3. Conduct daily safety inspections and audits of construction activities.

  4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and standards.

  5. Investigate and document all safety incidents, accidents, and near misses; implement corrective actions.

  6. Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks with construction crews.

  7. Provide safety training and orientation for all site personnel and contractors.

  8. Security Oversight :

  9. Develop and enforce security plans to safeguard construction sites, personnel, and equipment.

  10. Monitor access control and perimeter security measures.

  11. Respond to security incidents and liaise with security personnel and local authorities.

  12. Conduct regular security assessments and update security protocols as necessary.

  13. Health Management :

  14. Promote health and wellness programs for construction workers.

  15. Manage occupational health programs and ensure the availability of first aid and medical facilities.

  16. Conduct health risk assessments related to construction activities and implement preventive measures.

  17. Ensure compliance with health regulations and standards, including hygiene and sanitation on site.

Qualifications:

  • Experiences 5 years in Oil & Gas company experience, sound knowledge of Oil and Gas Production and Project Construction OGP SSHE codes, standards in accordance with EPCI scope of work and contractual terms and conditions required SSHE technical and quality.

  • An essential requirement is previous experience of working in an onshore fabrication yard and/or offshore facilities/activities corresponding to assigned working location.

  • SSHE supervisor shall be assigned in a role of SSHE Management, SSHE Management System (SSHE MS), Implementation for wellhead platform fabrication, transport, installation, hook-up and pre-commissioning activities.
