JOB REQUIREMENTS: Research and Development Engineering Coordinator - HPE1US1177353EXTERNALENUS DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Research and Development Engineering Coordinator This role has been designed as \'\'Onsite\' with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE partner/customer office. Job Description: Job Family Definition: Responsible for performing general and specific administrative support tasks involved in an engineering environment. Responsibilities may include maintaining records, specifications, drawings and other related documentation. Assisting with the preparation of ECNs (Engineering Change Notices), creation of BOMs, and assisting internal and external customers in various administrative tasks directly related to the work unit\'s primary function. These tasks may include, but not be limited to, assisting with researching information, assisting with analysis, compiling data for reports, coordinating work processes following work unit manager\'s directions and other established administrative procedures. Coordinates work within the work unit and with other work units/departments, both internal and possibly external to the company. May assist in work for one or more professional employees other than the direct supervisor. Management Level Definition: Applies developed knowledge of the job skills, company policies and procedures to complete a wide variety of difficult assignments/tasks. Thorough understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job. Works on assignments that are moderately complex in nature and require ordinary problem resolution. Works under limited supervision and normally receives no instruction on routine work and general instructions given for new assignments. May be regarded as the primary administrative employee of a work unit. Specific level of advanced software skills as required by the work unit.
