Job Summary - Conduct business process analyses and assessments, and preliminary cost/benefit analyses to align information technology solutions with business initiatives. Confer with organizational units to gather user requirements, and to develop and deliver detailed specifications from which programs will be written. Join our IT team in Chihuahua,CHI

Key Skills/Experience.

· Bilingual English Spanish

· Oral and written communication skills.

· Interpersonal and consultative skills.

· Experience on modeling business processes

· Analytical thinking and problem solving.

· Proficient on documenting business requirements, scope of work, process diagrams, etc.

· Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy.

· Familiar with manufacturing environments, and ERP/SFC/MES solutions.

· Knowledge on SLDC, Agile/Scrum methodology, Test Plans, UAT.

· Ability to create Gantt charts/ project management / timelines.

· Technical knowledge on SQL queries, SW Design tools, MS Visio

· Knowledge on AWS technology is a plus.

· At least 3 years in similar position is desirable.
