We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our team.

The successful candidate will be a believer in the possibilities of high quality veterinary medicine and patient care—with the expertise and technical know-how to make them happen.

In this position you will be supporting our Doctors and Technician team by creating a positive, low-stress atmosphere for our clients and patients. Duties will include:

• Maintaining medical records.

• Obtaining histories and vitals on patients

• Filling prescriptions.

• Assisting the Veterinarian during Emergency, Urgent Care or General Practice exams

• Providing compassionate care for our pet patients.

This is a great starting position for a person looking to gain experience in the Veterinary as an assistant who works directly with our Veterinarians. We have an extensive 6 week training program for this position.

This is an hourly position that pays between $16.00-17.50, dependent on experience. We offer great benefits for eligible employees, including medical/dental, generous personal pet care discounts and more! Must be able to work weekends and evenings.
