Job Description

Assisting with onboarding/offboarding wealth clients

* Provides high quality service to Trust & Estate clients to deliver an exceptional client experience. Provides support for various aspects of Trust & Estate account management and administration to ensure compliance.

o Provides support to Front Office personnel through transaction processing and performing account maintenance while balancing both the customer and the bank's needs.

o Identifies areas of improvement to support overall client experiences.

o Identifies possible trends and barriers to defining a great customer experience and escalates these opportunities for improvement

o Identify continuous improvement opportunities to increase departments' performance such as process improvement, complaint investigation, etc.

o Develop and maintain knowledge and understanding of processed performed within WMSS Specialists team.

o Builds effective relationships with internal stakeholders.

o Identifies and escalates all irregularities and discrepancies to management.

o Follows through on the risk and compliance processes and policies to ensure we safeguard our customers' assets, maintain their privacy, act in their best interests, and ensures an effectively run function.

o Protects the Bank's assets and complies with all regulatory, legal and ethical requirements.

Skills and Requirements

o Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or Related

o 2-3 years of experience at a bank, financial institution or brokerage firm

o Experience working in an operational or central processing team environment

o Experience onboarding/offboarding wealth clients

o Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

o Knowledge of Trust or fiduciary a plus

o Verbal & written communication skills null
