How You’ll Make an Impact

The Vice President, Client Lead will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of leaders, collaborating with cross-functional partners to develop innovative solutions and build enduring client relationships. You'll directly contribute to Epsilon's growth by exceeding revenue targets and driving measurable client success stories. The VP, Client Lead will report to the Managing Director of our Retail vertical and work closely with assigned Epsilon clients. You will work closely with stakeholders from Business Development, Account Management, Finance and Product Development all to drive client retention and revenue growth.

What You’ll Achieve

  • Oversee key accounts, acting as a trusted advisor who guides problem-solving discussions and aligns our comprehensive suite of solutions.

  • Demonstrate Epsilon's value by crafting innovative solutions that meet client needs and our business goals.

  • Lead key client meetings, fostering collaboration with internal partners and Publicis Group teams when relevant.

  • Develop trusting, productive relationships with key stakeholders across products, analytics, and platforms – driving value for our clients.

  • Lead the development of cross-functional goals (data, tech, and media) aligned with company vision and values.

  • Track progress towards sales goals on a regular basis.

  • Champion the development of key value propositions for your clients, ensuring product solutions align with their business objectives.

  • Act as a liaison between clients and product teams.

  • Manage and coach a team of Directors and Sr. Directors.

  • Motivate the team by setting clear expectations, developing career paths, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining a high level of performance.

  • Foster a collaborative environment where your team can thrive and develop key account plans.

  • Collaborate with other leaders to solve business challenges, identify growth opportunities, and enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

Who You Are

  • What you'll bring with you:

  • 15+ years of diverse client management experience in retail/e-commerce, ad solutions, direct marketing, and agency settings, with a proven track record of growing large enterprise accounts and achieving significant revenue expansion.

  • 6-8 years of experience developing, growing, and managing client relationships, driving revenue growth and leading high-performing marketing teams.

  • 2-3 years of direct team management experience, demonstrating strong leadership and collaboration skills.

  • Consultative and solution-oriented approach to assess client needs and craft impactful communication strategies.

  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and marketing technology platforms.

  • Strong knowledge of AdTech and MarTech, with the ability to connect technology with tangible business outcomes.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills.

  • Effective time management and prioritization skills.

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail oriented.

  • Strong business acumen and strategic planning skills.

  • Solid quantitative background with analytical proficiency.
