Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to help drive multiple projects for US Technology Deployment. The Technology Deployment Manager will develop deployment schedules, anticipate and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and provide clarity on team member responsibilities to ensure successful completion of multiple fast-paced, high-visibility, critical projects.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Engage with the US PMO, Product Owners, field stakeholders, and vendors on the preparation, readiness, and communication for leading the deployment of Back Office Technology Solutions, including Workforce Management, Cash and Inventory (C&I), and Security products

  • Act as a point of escalation for Back Office, Workforce, and Security deployments

  • Conducts impact to restaurant operations evaluation for targeted solutions being deployed

  • Manage Deployment Services "Do Not Upgrade" processes. Provide guidance, communications and support to required stakeholders

  • Align with US Technology teams on strategy, sequencing, priorities, and dependencies for solution deployments

  • Reviews stage gate and testing at initiation to ensure proper deployment criteria is met

  • Ability to provide the overall vision and structure in addition to running the daily project activities such as deployment schedule, risk and issue management, communications, etc.[

  • Must have executive leadership presence, the ability to understand objectives and drive the team to project completion

  • Collaborate and build strong relationships and alignment with deployment stakeholders on solution bundle transition, training, documentation, and support matters to ensure rapid and repeatable deployment process

  • Understanding and familiarity with:

  • Windows Desktop & Server operating systems

  • Local area networks

  • Networked equipment such as printers, switches, WAP’s, firewalls, routers and the like

  • Technical understanding of programming languages (C/C++) Note: PowerShell and XML

  • Ability to interpret requirements and understand technical specifications documents

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Demonstrable track record of deployment of solutions into a market

  • 3+ years’ experience in project management, experience in deployment roll out across network of geographically dispersed and high number of restaurant sites preferred

  • Ability to develop and manage project schedules, communicate deadlines, enforce project deadlines and creatively solve issues

  • Able to work with culturally diverse teams across levels in a global organization and in an extensively outsourced environment

  • Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills, organized and meticulous

  • Recognize and communicate areas of opportunity for product, process and service improvements

  • Experience with back office, scheduling and cloud-based products

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office applications

  • PMP Certification a plus

  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and PowerBI

  • Superb communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in easy-to-understand business friendly language

  • Ability to understand business challenges, drive process improvements and translate into solutions

  • Diligent, with excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills

  • Highly self-motivated and directed

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Creative problem solver able to look to the future beyond the way things have typically been done
