QUALIFICATIONS\ \ Minimum Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business or Technology field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: 1+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, software systems supporting efficient business processes, and 1+ years in a software development or similar role.
• Salesforce Certifications: Administrator and Platform App Builder
• Integration Experience: Experience with Salesforce integration with multiple internal business systems, including but not limited to Marketo, DocuSign, Outreach, Gainsight, Adobe Workfront, Forma.ai, and Sage Intacct is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, Lightning Web Component, and object customization
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex business requirements, propose effective technical solutions, and lead investigations into new technologies and ideas.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ years of experience working with Salesforce CPQ, 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, software systems supporting efficient business processes, and 2+ years in a software development or similar role.
• Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer I
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of services outside of Salesforce including REST/SOAP APIs and cloud providers like AWS.

VelocityEHS is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices by offering market-based salary ranges. The expected salary range for this position is between \$98,550 and \$127,950 USD (United States) or \$98,250 and \$135,850 CAD (Canada). We aim to hire between the minimum and midpoint of the salary range and offers at the maximum of the range are uncommon. The final offered salary will be based on candidates proficiency in skill set, prior relevant experience, internal equity, market considerations, and other factors. This role is eligible for our comprehensive benefits package.
