IT’SUGAR is looking for a fun and dynamic Retail Stock Associate to join our team. As a Stock Associate, you will be the premier “SUGARTAINER” in charge of delivering a SWEET customer experience while promoting our brand. The Stock Associate is responsible for receiving shipments, processing new merchandise, replenishing salesfloor inventory, and always maintaining the stockroom to company standards.

Maximize Store Operations:

• Receive daily shipments and process new merchandise.

• Organize product inventory and maintain stock room to company standards.

• Replenish salesfloor merchandise to ensure product availability.

• Assist in sales floor moves and merchandising to company standards.

• Supporting the management /sales team by assisting in the maintenance of a neat, clean and organized store.

• Responsible for following all company operational procedures to ensure minimal loss/shrinkage.

• Understands all Loss Prevention (LP) policies and procedures and communicate LP issues with the Store Manager.

• Operational Responsibilities include, but are not limited to salesfloor/ backroom/restroom maintenance, cleaning, mopping, etc.

Deliver Exceptional Customer Service:

• Follow our customer engagement model SUGARTAINMENT by setting the stage, welcoming, engaging, entertaining and thanking the customer.

• Assist customers with requests and inquiries.

What you need to join the fun (besides SUGAR):

• Must be 16 years of age or older.

• No retail experience required

• Optimistic, outgoing and enthusiastic personality!

• Willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability and willingness to use a POS/register and operate office equipment.

• Able to walk and stand for long periods of time use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.

• Able to independently lift/move up to 25lbs. Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs with assistance.
