Capgemini Staffing Manager in Mississauga, Ontario

Job Description:

We are seeking a Staffing Manager to join our growing team. The Staffing Manager will be responsible for managing staffing communications and actions for their assigned talent pools and stakeholders. You will oversee all staffing related activities within an Engineering Practice(s). Depending on the size of a practice you can work in a team or autonomously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for fulfilling staffing demands and matching the demand with individuals based on their skills and capabilities. You will cast, short-list, and allocate them.

  • Responsible to activate the suitable sourcing channels: internal talent pool or externally.

  • Responsible for scheduling capacity versus incoming demands, rotations, replacement and renewals.

  • Is the first person to raise potential fulfillment challenges as per the critical issue process.

  • Responsible to lead utilization, pyramid, and average remuneration rate metric.

  • Responsible for overall demand management.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree

  • 6 years of professional experience in resource and demand management

  • Advance ability in reporting and analytics

  • Ability to manage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, acting as a consultant and guide, and not an order taker

  • Experience in people management and a passion for investing in our talent

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills

  • Ability to work as part of a team

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong prioritization skills

  • A passion for continuous improvement and driving operational excellence
