Conagra Sales Operations Reporting Analyst in Chicago, Illinois
As Sales Reporting Analyst, reporting to our Director of Sales Operations, you will maintain data and reporting to support sales leaders and the sales team. You will gather data through multiple sources to create reports, and run reports to perform complex analytics that guide insights and actions. You will also modernize reports to improve and highlight opportunities for our business.
What You’ll Do:
Co-own headquarter level reporting used organization-wide including innovation, distribution, trend and forecasting analysis
Use syndicated data (i.e. IRI/Circana, Nielson) and appropriate tools to identify trends in market share and distribution to support the business
Lead the relationship with third-party syndicated data providers
Develop compliance reporting to ensure organizational adherence to strategic brand plans
Report planned versus volume variances by using trade event analysis reporting
Sales Leadership Support
Design reporting and insight presentations for industry events
Analyze and maintain trend reporting for senior sales leaders
Assist leadership through decision-driving annual operating plan reporting
Manage ad hoc reporting requests
General Reporting
Maintain complex reports using raw data
Be the central point of reporting contact for different teams
Provide guidance to others regarding account details and troubleshooting
Co-lead the analytical efforts for the Sales Operations team, providing training for the sales analysts to strengthen their skills
Provide training on Conagra systems to new team members
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor's Degree required
2+ years data or related reporting experience
Advanced report running abilities using Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas, Validating Data and Troubleshooting)
Number of Days in Office: 2
Located in downtown Chicago along the Chicago River, our corporate headquarters is in the landmark Merchandise Mart building, with access to public transit, and several options for dining and shopping in the area.
