Position Details:
Contract Length: 8 weeks (+ability toextend)
Number of Openings: 7
Start Date: 2/17 or within 3 weeks of offer
Hours/Shifts/Schedules: 36 (3x12's) / Days or Nights / 5-5:30
*Willwork every OTHER weekend
Setting:
LTAC Hospital
56-bed Inpatient Acute Rehab unit
Position Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of recent RN Acute Rehab and/or Med/Surg experience
Active IL RN license
BLS and ACLS (AHA)

TheRehabilitation Registered Nurse is responsible for assisting patients inattaining and maintaining Amergisum function due to chronic illness and/or adebilitating injury. The Rehabilitation Registered Nurse assists patientsin the recovery process, as well as creating a recovery plan with the ultimategoal of achieving an independent lifestyle as much as possible.
Minimum Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse License for the state in which the nurse practices
One year prior professional nursing experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred
CRRN certification may be required per state/client contract
Current CPR if applicable
TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
