Description

We are in search of a dedicated and experienced High Volume Recruiter for a fully remote role with a rapidly expanding home services company. This opportunity might be the perfect fit for candidates having remote recruiting experience, familiarity with a diverse range of functional roles, and extensive proficiency in using iSolve HRIS software.

You will be managing multiple recruiting campaigns for a range of functional roles, from installers to marketers, utilizing iSolve software to ensure a seamless coordination and management of the recruiting process. Joining at an exciting time in the company's growth, your recruiting prowess will facilitate dynamic teams instrumental in driving successful monthly acquisitions and strategic scaling.

Although the position starts as an hourly role, it transitions to a salaried role in the long term, with an expected salary range of $60K-$65K.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in remote recruiting.

• Successful track record of recruiting for a variety of functional roles.

• Proficient with iSolve HRIS software.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.

• Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across departments.

• Fast learner who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
